  • Nov 01, 2022 Week in Ko Olina First of all if you're choosing to stay at this resort you won't be disappointed. Your stay will be affected by the building you choose, floor you stay on and the way your unit faces. This unit has a great view from the balcony of the ocean, cove, October sunsets and away from the lower pool with more noise experienced by rooms on the other side of the hall. The thing that sets units apart from each other is how they are equipped that said this one needed some love. The unit was clean, beds comfortable and everything was in working order. A little short on cups for the pool only 4 large plastic ones in the cabinet to the left of the stove, nothing insulated which would have been nice. Lots of beach toys for the littles but the beach chairs left much to be desired as they were either small or broken. Property management was great and we had no issues during our stay they communicated with us almost the minute we stepped off the plane which was nice. With a few more interior amenities this would be a 5 star. Eric S

  • Jun 23, 2022 Four Star This place is very nice. Spacious. Nice kitchen that we used a lot. Restaurants/grocery nearby. Good beach, lagoon, and pools. This was our first time in Hawaii, so we found ourselves driving a lot to view other parts of the island. Wish we were able to find a place in a little more central location. But that probably would not have been as nice. This place would be ideal for someone who planned to stay at the unit to avoid travel fatigue. Alan B

It had lots of great extras for the beach that we put to use. We also used the resort pool a ton as our kids really enjoyed it.   • Jun 06, 2021 Excellent Experience! May 2021- This was our seventh visit to Ko'Olina, and our fifth stay at Beach Villas. Every visit has been better than the one before. This trip was unique because we felt confident every square inch of the villa had been cleaned and sanitized. The villa was immaculate! We also appreciate all the "extras" like pool towels, beach chairs and toys and all of the kitchen items we need to prepare meals. Our host was friendly, helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and very gracious. We will be back! Jennifer D

Description

As one of the most amazing vacation rental locations on the island, the esteemed Beach Villas at Ko Olina Resort has much to offer. While staying here, you are so close to the ocean you can hear the waves crashing on the beach right from your window. Every room boasts incredible views, most of which include direct views of the ocean. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Oahu's Leeward Coast, there are four pristine beach lagoons, multiple pool/lounge areas, a world-famous golf course, a marina, multiple restaurants, and a five star rated spa.
This amazing villa rental in Oahu offers a kitchen designed by famous Asian fusion chef Roy Yamaguchi. There is an expansive living area with designer furnishings and large sliding pocket doors that open up to the fantastic views of the beach and blue lagoon. While relaxing, enjoy the tropical living space off the large lanai and bring all of the beauty of Ko Olina indoors. The master suite has a king-sized bed, flat-screen television, and its own European style bathroom with shower stall and deep soaking tub, which is especially nice for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and also has its own full bathroom with shower/soaking tub combo.
Area: This romantic yet family-friendly resort is located just 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport, world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets and other attractions such as Historic Ewa Town, Hawaii’s Plantation Village, and Dole Cannery.  Breath-taking Hanauma Bay is a 45-minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further. The Polynesian Cultural Center is well worth the hour’s drive and you’ll experience many traditional must-sees along the way – such as the historic surfing town of Haleiwa, and Hawaii’s infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline, and Turtle Beach to name a few. The resort itself is home to the island’s best and most authentic luau - Paradise Cove.  Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park; Kapolei’s 16-plex movie theater, and shopping at K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Target, Safeway, and Costco for souvenirs and all your needs is just a short drive.

Please note that your unit has one complimentary compact-sized parking space, and any additional vehicles will require a one-time fee of $25.00. Oversized vehicles have a one-time fee of $50.00. All additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note: A scheduled lanai repair will be underway to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the property. There will be limited access to the lanai, between the dates of April 1 to 4, 2024. The work is estimated to take between 4-6 hours and every effort will be made to minimize disruption. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve your experience.
