Ko Olina's four lagoons curve along Oahu's leeward coast, each a crescent of sand inside a rock breakwater. Ko Olina Beach Villas O1121 by Gather sits on the 11th floor above Lagoon 2: a 3-bedroom condo with 1,532 square feet inside and two lanais over the ocean and the golf course. Down at the water, the lagoon stays calm enough for an easy swim most days, and the walk there never leaves the gated resort.

The Lanais
Both lanais sit 11 floors above the resort, looking out over the Pacific and the green of the Ko Olina fairways. One opens off the living room through sliding glass doors, and the other belongs to the primary bedroom. Ko Olina faces west across open water, so on clear evenings the sun goes down beyond the railing.

Living, Dining & Kitchen
The living room and dining area share one open space, with a flatscreen TV and stereo on the living side. A table for six sits beside the kitchen, which Chef Roy Yamaguchi designed around granite counters and a wine fridge. Light comes in through the glass doors to the lanai and reaches across both rooms.

The Resort
Ko Olina Beach Villas is gated, and its pools sit on the grounds below the tower: a lap pool with a shallow pool beside it, and jacuzzis close by. A gym and sauna are on property, and BBQ grills are set out on the grounds for dinners cooked outside.

Nearby
Ko Olina is a self-contained resort at the southwest corner of Oahu, with a paved path running along the coast between its lagoons. Lagoon 2 is within walking distance, as are oceanfront dining and the Ko Olina shops. Ko Olina Golf Club, the Four Seasons, and Disney's Aulani are part of the same resort. Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets, and Honolulu are a short drive east, with HNL along the way.

Wonderful

We loved our time at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. The location was wonderful! We love the Ko Olina area. Just steps away from the beach lagoons which are safe for small children... and the pools and hot spas were great as well. Only thing we wish we could change was the weather, but that's not in our control. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

Ko Olina is an amazing place for a vacation and the ocean tower does not disappoint. The property has great pools and is on a beautiful beach - it really does feel like paradise. Everything went smoothly with booking and check-in on arrival. Staff at the property are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our family is so grateful for the beautiful condo and stunning location of Ko'Olina! We have family on Oahu and were able to give my Mom a wonderful, relaxing retreat after cancer surgery and special family times together throughout the resort. Special thank you to Pam and all the staff on the property for your friendly welcome (each day), attentiveness to detail, and exemplary professionalism! Our family is looking forward to returning often as each of you made us feel at home and very welcome. We enjoyed all the amenities, the beautiful walks at night, fun with nieces and nephews in the lagoon and pools, and the exercise room. Our favorite part was beginning each morning and ending each night on our lanai with the breathtaking views. Mahalo!
