Ko Olina sits on Oahu's leeward coast, where four calm lagoons curve along the shoreline and the water stays flat enough to wade into at any hour. Ko Olina Beach Villas O211 is a single-level, three-bedroom condo whose covered lanai runs the full width of the great room, opening over the resort pool and a courtyard of palms. Each of the three bedrooms pairs with its own full bath, so no one waits their turn.

LIVING & DINING
The great room opens wide, wood beams crossing the ceiling and plantation shutters filtering the afternoon light. A deep sofa faces the sliding doors to the lanai, and the dining table seats six with room to pull up more from the kitchen bar.

CHEF-READY KITCHEN
The kitchen runs on full-size appliances and dark wood cabinetry, with a wine fridge tucked in and a breakfast bar that pulls the cooking into the conversation. It is built to feed six without anyone leaving the room.

THE LANAI
The lanai is what sets O211 apart. It runs the full width of the unit under a deep overhang, a spacious lounge set looks down over the resort pool and a stand of palms. The overhang keeps it shaded well into the afternoon, so the sliding doors stay open to it.

Ko Olina's four lagoons are a short walk down the shoreline path, calm and sandy and easy for families to spend a whole day in. The Ko Olina Golf Club, the marina, and the shops at Ko Olina Center are all a short drive away, and Honolulu's airport (HNL) is a straightforward drive east. This side of the island is quieter and sunnier than Waikiki, built for long afternoons in the water.
