The project is scheduled to begin Monday, April 1, 2024, with a planned completion date of Sunday, May 5, 2024. As is the case with any construction project, there may be delays due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, and these dates will then be adjusted accordingly. The project will result in community road closure, you will have to park off the property. The pool, spa, pool deck, and grills will be closed, and during this time, it will be treated as a construction zone which means it will generate dirt, noise & fumes.

Due to Honolulu Fire Code, barbecue grills are not allowed on the lanais at Kai Lani. However, grills are available a short distance away at the pool area. Electricity usage $400/month cap - Guest is responsible for usage over $400.

Please note, in compliance with Oahu's zoning laws, this home requires a minimum 29-night rental. Electricity usage is capped at $400/month, with any excess being the guest's responsibility. Additionally, grills are not permitted on private lanais.

1 Assigned parking is for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.

By booking and accepting these terms and conditions, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the no-smoking policy outlined above.

Paradise Exists!

Our stay at Kai Lani was truly magical in every way. This was my family’s first visit to Hawaii and my best friend’s second visit. She didn’t love her initial visit 20 years ago and this trip turned into a deep love for the beautiful state. The condo was VERY well equipped, and as someone that has done a significant amount of traveling with 2 children, that is saying something. The grounds are kept pristine 7 days a week by a very industrious team of landscapers. The intention to keep it feeling like paradise is imbued by the staff and residents alike. My children made friends and truly had the time of their life. Thank you to Jason and Mavic for your help and attention to detail. You guys are the best and so helpful. If you want to experience Hawaii in a smooth, peaceful and beautiful way, 20C say Kai Lani is your ticket to success!
