I used to stay at Coconut plantation near the Koolina Golf course, but This summer I tried Kai Lani near beach side. 23D was the perfect choice for my family, which has great facility such as Sub Zero, brand new laundry room and washer. Whole house interior has cozy hawaiian style breeze and all stuff was clean. I want to stay there next time for sure! Yoonjin K
  • Dec 02, 2022 Nov 2022 Kai Lani 23D Stay We've stayed at the Ko Olina resort several times, as it is our favorite location to stay on the island. We knew about these apartments from our walks thru the resort, and desired to stay here. Were so pleased to find this rental, and were not disappointed. Big shout out to olaproperties.com for recommending this location, and also making our stay perfect. They are great people. This Kai Lani 23D is perfect in just about every way. Located on the ground floor level, it provides stunning sunset views of the ocean from the lania each evening. We were surprised to find the condo was actually much larger than we expected. It was well equiped and modern unit, and included all of the basic needs for the kitchen, bedroom and bath areas. The two bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms are large and clean. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping, and both bedrooms had nice walk-in closets. There is also a 3rd bathroom that came in handy as well. As a gated community, we loved the security it offered. There's also plenty of nearby shopping in Kapolei, which is a 5-10 min drive away. This place says Hawaii, and we loved our stay. We willd definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone considering condo vacationing. Stephen S

  • Jan 11, 2015 Kai Lani 23D - Dec 2014 & Jan 2015 Wonderful stay at Kai Lani 23D again this year. Pam was extremely warm and helpful with respect to check in and check out. Some issues with connection to the network on first few days but Jack helped to resolve. Would definitely stay again and am already considering dates for Dec 2015 & Jan 2016. Anne P

Per the zoning laws of Oahu this home has a minimum 29 night rental. The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights.
