  • May 21, 2023 Paradise Exists! Our stay at Kai Lani was truly magical in every way. This was my family’s first visit to Hawaii and my best friend’s second visit. She didn’t love her initial visit 20 years ago and this trip turned into a deep love for the beautiful state. The condo was VERY well equipped, and as someone that has done a significant amount of traveling with 2 children, that is saying something. The grounds are kept pristine 7 days a week by a very industrious team of landscapers. The intention to keep it feeling like paradise is imbued by the staff and residents alike. My children made friends and truly had the time of their life. Thank you to Jason and Mavic for your help and attention to detail. You guys are the best and so helpful. If you want to experience Hawaii in a smooth, peaceful and beautiful way, 20C say Kai Lani is your ticket to success! Jade M

Upgraded Luxury Condo with Direct OCEAN VIEWS from the Living Room and Lanai
 
This nicely decorated and upgraded condo has direct, straight-on views of the Pacific Ocean. From both the Living Room and the Covered Lanai, you can gaze out at the ocean to the Waianae Mountain range beyond while sipping your favorite beverage and relaxing. The kitchen in this home was recently remodeled with new cabinets and high-end stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have also been upgraded with new counter tops, sinks, and Toto bidets in each bathroom. If needed, the home even has a Stair Lift to take you up the stairs to the Living Area. The TV has been recently upgraded to a new large screen Smart TV for your evening entertainment. There is High Speed wireless Internet service provided by Spectrum with advertised speeds of 400 Mbps so you can work, play games and/or stream your favorite content.
Spend your evenings on the lanai with perhaps snacks and beverage as you watch some of the most spectacular sunsets you'll ever see! Better yet, grab your beverage, snacks and a chair then take the short stroll to the secluded cove and beach in front of Kai Lani and watch the sun set while sitting under the Banyan Tree with the neighbors.
Choose to spend your days on Ko Olina's Championship golf course or at the Marina; relax at one of four breathtaking sandy lagoons, pamper yourself at the award winning Four Seasons Resort and Spa; spoil the kids at Au’lani Disney Resort or explore the rich culture and beauty of the Island.   Enjoy breath-taking sunsets, experience an authentic Hawaiian luau within walking distance, a barbecue by the pool or a relaxing evening stroll through beautiful Ko Olina.  World-class restaurants and nightlife are only minutes away in the laid-back, serene atmosphere of Ko Olina – or experience all the excitement of city life with a drive to Honolulu.  Public transportation and limousine service are both available from Ko Olina.
NOTE: Due to Honolulu Fire Code, barbecue grills are not allowed on the lanais at Kai Lani. However, there are grills available a short distance away at the pool area. Electricity usage $400/month cap - Guest is responsible for usage in excess of $400.

1 Assigned parking is for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.
