Ko Olina Beach Villas O822

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had an amazing view of the ocean! I would highly recommend it and would definitely rebook if ever in Oahu again!

The condo was a great layout and location for our family of 6 adults. The condo was clean. The views were amazing along with the outdoor grounds and amenities. We were on the 8th floor which was perfect for dinners and morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean and one of the lagoons. Two assigned parking spaces was convenient. For a family that cooks in often, the kitchen was lacking in some basic utensils. All in all a beautiful condo in a great location. We would definitely stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas again.

Our whole group really enjoyed staying at this Beach Villa. The check-in process was easy and the lovely representative showed us around the place and explained everything. The place is very well equipped (kitchen as well as beach toys for kids, umbrellas and chairs). It was really nice to have basics like spices, salt, pepper and a few other bits available, and there were things like trash liners, dishwashing and laundry bits and bobs, so we didn't have to buy or bring any of those. The balcony has a great view and the overall location is really good for exploring all of Oahu. We did lots of day trips and also enjoyed the beach and the pool. The hot tub is amazing, make sure to take advantage of it! We had 7 adults (one slept on the fold-out sofa which was big and comfy) and one toddler and there was plenty of space for everyone. One thing we all noted is that the place is bigger and nicer than it looks in the photos! Two car spaces were very handy too. One thing that the place didn't have is a crib/cot for our toddler. We looked at the renting option but it was quite expensive so we ended up bringing our own travel cot. Something to keep in mind if you're coming with a toddler. Would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again!

Nice size for 4 adults and 2 children. Convenient walk to golf course, Restaurants and other hotels.

Beautiful view of ocean and whale watching, great accommodations, fun pools and koi ponds, well stocked kitchen. Perfect for us and my daughter’s family! Activity closet had snorkels, sand chairs and umbrella. Would have liked a cooler and some boogie boards. (Our friends had that in their closet) Would definitely stay here again!!!! All Ola staff were very courteous, except Pam, who was very curt both times we interacted.

We stayed at unit OT-822 for six nights with 7 family members. The condo was the perfect layout to accommodate us and we really enjoyed our time at the pool and the beach. The Beach Villas resort is much more laid back than the surrounding resorts (Aulani and the Marriot), where we were told there were long lines for the elevators etc. We definitely felt lucky to be at the Beach Villas! We wish there had been an on-site restaurant, which would have enhanced our stay a bit. In terms of the condo itself, Pam was very helpful showing us around when we first arrived. There were a few issues that could have been improved, however: 1. The dryer is a ventless dryer and the first time I ran it, it went for about 2 hours and the towels came out wetter than they went in. My dad, who is very handy, looked up how to fix it on YoutTube and performed some servicing that was needed. When I called Ola Properties to ask for help, it took several days for them to get back to me and the response was "sorry, that's just how those dryers are." 2. The beach towels were located under the master bathroom sink, which was not intuitive at all. I think they should have been in the closet with the other beach-related supplies. I had to call Pam to ask her where they were (thankfully I got my answer right away). 3. It was very difficult to figure out how to access cable on the TV's. Another place we stayed had a laminated card with instructions on it. I think this would be helpful at unit 822. Overall, we had a great stay and thank Ola Properties for hosting us.

The unit was very clean and the grounds and pools are beautiful! This unit’s view is great when looking to the right but not so good looking straight out at the Marriott and the industrial area.

A great Hawaiian experience. The villa was a little dated, however clean and secure. The live music was great and the beaches were perfect. Great location, close to golf, luau, and only a short drive to Honolulu. I would recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at the Ko Olina Beach Villas - wonderful location and very comfortable accommodations.
