Ko Olina Beach Villas O1404

An exceptionally clean condo with a tremendous view of the waterfront.

It was as indicated . As we have been to this villa before we knew what to expect. The place was nice and high enough to sip coffee on the balcony and enjoy the scenery.

we have stayed at the complex before (though in different properties) so we’re familiar with the amenities— the pools, hot tub, bar, gym— which are all great. this unit has a great view so it was nice to sit out on the deck and relax. it also comes with two parking spots, one of which accommodated the large SUV we rented. the kitchen had enough cookware/utensils, dishes/silverware and seasonings to prepare simple meals. the bathrooms also had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper for our entire stay. the beds were also quite comfortable. Gather was also very responsive to any questions, and we were able to check in early. however, as another reviewer mentioned, the furnishings were a bit worn and the place felt a bit cluttered with all the artificial plants.

Fantastic location with views of the sunset that cannot be beat!! Pictures are accurate and host very clear with instructions. Parking was included, but could be a bit confusing to find your designated spot. Walking distance to great beaches & restaurants. Recommend the Monkeypod about a 10-15min walk away. Beautiful kitchen with all required amenities. Host meets you at front desk and walks you to your room and explains the property details. Can be pricey like many locations in Hawaii, but worth the price. 100% recommend

Our family of 5, which includes three 20-something “children” LOVED our stay at OT-1404. Plenty of room, beautifully furnished, and comfortable for all of us. We took in the sun and beautiful views from the lanai. We had a few drinks at the poolside bar, while we watched the Denver Nuggets win the NBA championship! We swam and hung out by the pool and walked along the path of the lagoons. It was a perfect way to spend time as a family before all of the kids go back to college. I treasured the time at the Beach Villas. You will, too! Be sure to enjoy some local food from the deli in the Island Market at nearby Ko Olina Station. The mochi malasadas will not disappoint! I think we were there almost every day for snacks and take out for dinner. We are definitely coming back real soon!

The Villa and complex was beautifully maintained. 1404 PH suite had amazing views and was well stocked for any beach goer!! Pool areas were nice and very easy access to beach. Complex could use its own dinning location but there were enough within walking distance to satisfy our dinning wants.

If you haven't stayed at the Beach Villas at Ko'Olina before I can only say it's an amazing place to stay for couples or for families looking to relax. This unit in particular has one of the best views you can find, don't miss the sunsets every night! This place is stocked with all the things you need to get started and Costco/Target/Food Land are just a short drive to get all your supplies for the week. There are also beach chairs/toys as well as a high chair and pack and play for the kids! The property itself has everything you could want to relax, three pools, two hot tubs, gym, and a bar down by the beach(the bartenders and staff are always very friendly in my opinion). Not to mention that the entire Ko'Olina area is very well taken care of, the beaches cleaned daily with bathrooms and washing stations at each lagoon. Highly recommend booking the spot if you are looking for a great spot to relax and use as a base for all the adventures Oahu has to offer (Almost everything is within at most an hour drive).

This is an amazing place. Not only is the unit five star with amazing views, but overall the property is maintained like a five star resort. The unit is also fully equipped with beach chairs, snorkel equip, boogie boards, etc. The only downfall would be the lack of bars/restaurants on the property. There is only one open air beach bar but the Marriott and Four Seasons both have restaurants nearby which you can eat at or bring take out back to the Ola Properties Beach Bar. Still, we will definitely return to this one!

Beautiful Villa with a amazing view of the ocean and incredible sunsets. It was spotless and had all you needed for your vacation. Ola was great to work from start to finish. We loved it!

My sister and I stayed at Ko Olina Beach Villas for 5 nights. We wanted a place with a kitchen for the flexibility of eating take out food and cooking. Pam, the property manager greeted us and gave us a tour of the place upon arrival and explained how to use all the appliances, parking, etc. The place was very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen. And the best part, the VIEW! It's a penthouse floor overlooking the pool and the beach, it was breathtaking. We loved waking up to the view and enjoyed our wine on the balcony. Even though the weather was not on our side during the trip, this place made it worthwhile and we had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this place, and a whole family can probably stay here very comfortably.
