Wonderful accommodation! Very clean, had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, cooler and boogie boards. The kitchen was exceptional! All questions were answered immediately! Would recommend and would stay here again!!

Beautiful View

The view was spectacular and location was excellent. We love staying in Ko Olina. Would also note that this condo was not as meticulously kept up as the condo we stayed in last year. It was nice to have beach equipment. The set up of the dining area being adjacent to the kitchen was very lovely.

This was the most beautiful place for my family to stay on our long-awaited vacation! The views are stunning, the appliances and kitchen tools were perfect, the grounds were easily accessible and positively stunning! We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful property and was a perfect location for a wedding we attended next to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Great gym and thankful for the lap pool. I really wish there were more ‘good’ options for dining in the area. BT706 was beautiful with a fantastic sunset balcony. Need to replace disintegrating plastic plants on the balcony. Could use some plastic glasses for use around the pool. Overall, great place to stay with the family. Very secure!

Beautiful Stay

Very spacious and beautiful. Fantastic view. Lovely property. Loved the area compared to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. It was our little slice of heaven for the week. We moved next door for our last night for the kids to experience the Disney resort and quickly missed our little piece of paradise. Everything is as pictured. Enough space for our family of four. Washer and dryer were very convenient although loud when running. That’s just a minor nitpick. Just don’t run them when going to bed. Only downfall I could find, and it’s very little and wouldn’t stop me from renting again was that there wasn’t much room for suitcases. There is drawer space in the master if you like to unpack but if you are like me, there wasn’t space to put your suitcase and live out of it. Again, minor detail but a little frustrating with the suitcases laying beside the beds on the floor and maneuvering around them. In the second bedroom there is a closet but not really accessible with the bed right in front of it. All in all I would not hesitate to rent again or recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation spot.

Beautiful and Relaxing Vacay

Came to Kapolei to celebrate my mother’s 85th Birthday. Condo is as described and pictured. Balcony view is awesome! This is our 2nd stay in this area and we enjoyed being closer to the lagoon. Area is safe, clean, quiet, not too crowded and everyone we met was friendly. Was able to secure handicap parking close to elevator. Kitchen had the basics we needed to cook meals. Only minor inconvenience was washing machine door didn’t always close properly in order to lock and run the cycle. Latch doesn’t always line up correctly. Close enough to Honolulu that driving from airport and to sightsee was easy and we were able to avoid traffic most days. Enjoyed Pearl Harbor, scenic lookouts, various beaches and hike up Makapu’u Lighthouse Trail. Lagoon is nice and water is calm. Slippery near rocks. Expect to sink in the sand a bit. If traveling with someone with mobility issues be sure to take it slow and assist them as sand is soft and deep in spots. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back again!

This property is amazing! Everything was top notch - from the communication prior to our trip, to being warmly welcomed by Jordan, having her walk us through the unit explaining everything and checking on us during our stay was above and beyond my expectations. The unit is quiet and comfortable and we loved having beach chairs available for our use. The parking was very convenient and safe. Check out instructions were clear and the process was seamless. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Vacay

Have been going to Ko Olina since 2004. It is one of my very favorite places to be. We started staying at the Beach Villas in 2021 and it just makes the trip even better. Love the kitchen, the size of the unit and the beach equipment to use. Perfect for a family like mine. This unit was exactly what we’d hoped for and we can’t wait to go back. Can’t recommend it enough.

What an awesome place! The location is perfect, and the concierge staff is kind and helpful. The condo itself is lovely with great amenities. I have only 2 small complaints: 1. The AC is temperature limited to 72 degrees. That made it hard to sleep until I discovered a stash of fans in the 2nd bedroom closet. 2. The mattress in the master bedroom is ready to retire. It’s got big depressions in it where people have slept over the years, and that was hard on my lower back. We’d definitely book here again despite the relatively minor annoyances.

There are areas of your pool deck than get very slippery. I did not like the requirement to have a key card to get from floor to floor. It made me think that you feel the area is not safe. Some of your staff at the front desk were not as friendly they could have been. The unit we stayed in was beautiful and very well kept.

Wonderful and Relaxing

We loved our 10 day stay on B706. The view is amazing, the pools are lovely, and the staff is excellent. We enjoyed many sunsets from the balcony and swimming in the beautiful lagoon. The only con would be some slight freeway noise during morning rush hour. There are great restaurants nearby and at the resorts to either side of the Beach Villas. Our favorite was the MonkeyPod Kitchen, happy hour begins at 4pm. The condo was very comfortable and quiet. We hope to return!!!!

Beautiful unit with ocean and sunset view

I stayed with my family, my husband and 16-year old daughter. The place is so spacious, and the view from there was wonderful. Every day, we came out to the lanai, had dinner over sunset. The unit was nicely decorated in Hawaiian style. The place was kept very clean. We had such a relaxing vacation. We also liked jacuzzi after swimming in the sea. It made us keep warm. This place was perfect for the Hawaii vacation. We are already thinking about our next summer vacation to come back to this place.

Front desk / security not that friendly Reception by Sean when greeted was fantastic Needing a key to access different floors was very annoying especially since our family was staying on a different floor in a different unit. We asked for more keys but was told we could only have one for $10. The units were great - well stocked, quiet, nice lay out, very comfortable. The pillows in master were lumpy and not very good. Pool area was great and not that crowded.

The Condo is top of the line with nice upgrades. The condo has a washer and dryer in the unit. It also provides everything you need for the beach such as towels, boogie board, and chairs. The property itself is great with a wonderful workout room, nice hot tubs, a quiet lap pool, and a large, separate area and pool for kids. The beach is nice and quiet. There is a place to rent kayaks and paddle boards. Finally, the balcony faces with west with a spectacular view of the ocean and the beautiful sunset every night!

We stayed in this georgeous property for 2 weeks with my elderly parents. The location and amenities were out of this world. We vacation in Hawaii annually and this will now be our destination of choice! The condo layout was perfect for 2 couples with each enjoying our own bedroom and bathrooms. The kitchen is nothing we had experienced before! Had everything we needed and more! Very relaxing to cook dinner together most nights and enjoy the views from the lanai with our daily per dinner drinks. The most relaxing vacation we have been on so far! Amenities are very close by and offer everything you need. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy a beautiful and relaxing holiday.
