Wonderful Stay

Spectacular

This condo (Beach Tower 410) and the property are both amazing! It is a 2 BR 2BA unit that is oceanfront. We stayed mid- May 2023 for 8 days. The views from the lanai are spectacular. My favorite part of the day was having coffee on the lanai looking out at the beach and ocean. Sunset was also breathtaking! The furnishings are comfortable and in good condition as well. It was exactly as pictured - simply a gorgeous condo! You can't go wrong booking this unit. The condo was clean and well stocked. The appliances were all in good working order however the A/C in this unit on the side with the guest bedroom didn't cool very well. We found a tower fan in the unit that my daughters needed to use to feel comfortable. The mattresses were very comfortable in both bedrooms. The lighting in both bathrooms is poor/dim - hard to put your make-up on. Ventilation in the guest bathroom was also poor. This condo is at the end of the hall, away from the elevators so there is no hallway noise at all. With that said, since the unit is at the opposite end of the hall from the elevators, it is somewhat of a hike to get from the condo down to the beach. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a pool noodle to use. There was also an beach umbrella, but when we took it to the beach and set it up, we were told to take it down as umbrellas aren't allowed on the our lagoon. The beach was never crowded and very enjoyable! You get 2 parking spots with this unit but we only used the one that was directly across from the entry down on P2 level as we rented a standard sized SUV. It's location was excellent! The property: In a word - Immaculate. The grounds keepers keep this place spotless and the building is well maintained. We did not use the pools but they looked nice. There are koi ponds and walkways to explore between the Ocean Tower and Beach towers. The path that runs along all the lagoons is great for your morning run or walk. We went to the Monkeypod Restaurant that was nearby and were able to get a table within 10 minutes of putting our name on the list. It was a fun dining experience. It is in a shopping area that included a wonderful grocery/souvenirs/deli store with affordable prices called Island Country Markets (or ABC Store). Ola Properties: They were great! Their communication was consistent from beginning to end of our stay - making it easy to reach out if we needed anything and letting us know how to check in and check out. There was some water in the fridge when we arrived and a box of chocolates! We would definitely stay in this unit and property again.

Wonderful!

This condo and the property are both amazing. We have stayed at this property before, hoewever this was the first time in this particular condo. The condo: The views from the lanai are spectacular. The unit is clean and well stocked. The mattress was very comfortable. The unit is at the end of the hall, away from the elevators so there is no hallway noise at all. The furnishing are comfortable and in good condition as well. It is simply a gorgeous condo. You can't go wrong booking this unit. The property: In a word - Immaculate. The grounds keepers keep this place spotless and the building is well maintained. We did not use the pools but they looked nice. We did use the gym and it has a good selection of machines and weights and is also clean and all the equipment is well maintained. The path that runs along all the lagoons is great for your morning run or walk. There are restaurants in the Ko Olina resort but they are packed! However, less than 10 minutes away is Kapolei Commons and it has several restaurant choices, a Target, and some other shops. Foodland is also very close by for groceries. You cannot beat this location for convenience. Ola Properties: They were great! Their communication was pro-active regarding check in. They also contacted us via text at the beginning of our stay to make sure we didn't have any questions/issues. The Happy Stays app is excellent as well for all your stay info. There was some water in the fridge when we arrived, which is welcomed after a long travel day.
