Ko Olina sits on Oahu's leeward coast, where the island turns dry and bright and the days stay long. Kai Lani 24B is a three-bedroom home in the gated Kai Lani community, a short walk from Ko Olina's four lagoons and the coast beyond them. Three bedrooms, two baths, and room for 6, with a lanai that opens off the main living space and the community pool nearby.

Living & Dining
The main living space is open, with seating arranged toward the lanai doors and a dining table that seats the full group. It reads as a room built for a longer stay rather than a weekend, the kind of layout where people spread out and still gather in one room.

Chef-Ready Kitchen
The kitchen is set up to actually cook in, not just reheat: a range and refrigerator, a blender and rice cooker, an ice machine, and the basic tools already in the drawers. For a stay measured in weeks, a working kitchen matters.

The Lanai
The lanai opens off the living room through wide doors, with room for a table and a couple of chairs. It is the part of the home you leave open, the boundary between the air conditioning inside and the warm, dry Ko Olina afternoon.

The Kai Lani Community
Kai Lani is a gated residential condo community inside Ko Olina, not a resort tower. The shared pool, hot tub, and BBQ area sit within the gates, close enough to fold into a normal day and far enough to stay calm.

Nearby
Ko Olina's four lagoons are the main draw within walking distance, calm crescents of sand that stay swimmable for kids, with beach towels and mats provided for the walk over. The Ko Olina Golf Club, the marina, and the resort's restaurants sit a short drive away, along with the shops and grocery at Kapolei. Honolulu and the airport (HNL) sit east on the H-1, close enough for day trips into town and an easy arrival.

Please note: The former Paradise Cove Luau property next to the Kai Lani community is currently undergoing redevelopment following its closure on December 31, 2025. Construction began on March 2, 2026, and is expected to continue for approximately 21 months. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. During this time, guests may occasionally experience construction-related noise, traffic, or light dust.

The walk to the lagoons is a short one, flat sidewalk the whole way out to the water. If you want Ko Olina without the resort tower, take this one.
