If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.
• Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping. Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Our family had the most amazing vacation! We absolutely loved staying in the Coconut Plantation. The unit was perfect for our family. Perfect view, nice property and easy walk to the beach and pool . Ola Properties was very easy to work with and our greeter Jason took care of the few hiccups we had. This was our second time staying in this subdivision and I’m already looking at booking our next stay. I would definitely rent this property again.

We were overwhelmed with how clean and well furnished our rental was. The unit was spotless, very quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is amazing and beautifully maintained. This was our first VRBO experience and we are anxious for our next one.
