Fantastic Stay in Ko Olina!

We had a large family group with 2 units in the beach tower and both were amazing. Can't beat the Ko Olina location with the Ko Olina Golf Course across the street and the best lagoon beaches for families just steps away. BT-701 had a view of the pool and the ocean that can't be beat! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids in our group especially liked the bunk beds in one of the rooms. We really appreciated the beach equipment in the unit for beach days. The pool area was great and snacks/drinks from the bar were great (just wish that they opened earlier/stayed open later :)). Staff was so friendly and helpful. We have already recommended the Beach Villas to family and will hopefully be back on a future trip to Oahu.

Friendly staff, appreciate cold water in lobby, pool area and grounds well kept up. It was great to have beach toys, boogie boards, cooler, chairs available. Beach toys We would have appreciated a couple extra beach towels. Oven was VERY slow to bake. Beautiful place with a fantastic view!! Thank you!

Beautiful, well appointed famiy home

We rented two condos for a three-generation family vacation in Hawaii. This condo has a beautiful view of all the pools + the ocean. It had plenty of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and everything else we wanted. The furniture was comfortable and felt homey. We are going back again next year and would DEFINITELY rent this condo again. As far as the resort, the kids LOVED the pebble pool. Every afternoon our whole family had bar treats and they were ceaselessly accommodating. It was never over crowded. We saw a turtle in the lagoon in front of the condos 🙂 The only negative, the lounger cushions are showing their age.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, organized, and luxurious. Every detail was taken into consideration, with an an abundance of amenities available. We were comfortable the entire trip, and the resort is beautiful and fun. Such a perfect location! We will definitely consider staying again if we return to Oahu.

Perfect for our family vacation!

Everything about our experience with Ola Properties was top notch. We had some complicated rescheduling due to Covid and family circumstances and Ola was extremely helpful and accommodating, really going above and beyond. Check in and orientation was very professional. BT-701 is a beautiful villa with views, lots of space to spread out and stocked with everything we needed for our stay with our kids aged 2, 4 and 6. The pools were perfect for all ages and nice and spread out. It was a treat to be able to get a drink or frozen treat or snack at the bar just like a resort. The kids loved the daily koi fish feeding. Having the calm lagoon beach right out front, shops and restaurants nearby along the beach walk and across the street was so convenient. Overall we couldn't have been happier with this villa and Ola Properties. We can't wait to return!

We are returning guests to the Beach Villas (different unit) so we knew what we were getting and chose to come back.

701 vacation with family

The place is great. Nice furniture and very well organized. Lots of beach stuff. Liked being on the 7th floor. My only complaint is the key situation. Did not like having to use the key constantly every where and you could not use for other floors. Also having to return all and be charged was difficult with multiple families. The fire alarm went off and I was lucky my 86 year old dad was not in the unit to climb all the stairs. Also would like a smart tv so we could watch movies on our Netflix accounts.
