  • May 31, 2023 Four Star We had a multi-generational one week family stay at Beach Villas at Koolina BT204 and it was fabulous! The unit was spacious, clean, well-equipped with a wonderful partial ocean view and (at least currently) an empty field/space next door which gave it a wonderful open feeling. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and enjoyed the pool and beautiful lagoon, morning walks and ice cream cones at Black Sheep Cream co. The staff and concierge were all wonderfully helpful. We would love to come back for another stay. I would say the dining/sitting area rug is due for a shampoo, but that would be my only critique. I'm also a local based travel agent and feel like Ola Properties and their units at the Beach Villas at Ko'olina are something I can highly recommend to my clients. Mahalo! Kim J
  • May 20, 2023 2 week family trip we had an amazing time staying at this beautiful villa for 2 weeks. it had everything we needed to feel at home. plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. parking spots are a bit tight but we managed. we would definitely return to this villa if we were back on Oahu. It was stocked with every amenity we needed for a relaxing vacation...from kitchen gadgets to beach necessities. The location was perfect to hop between the villa and the north shore or the east side of the island. My favorite part was the big lanai that overlooked part of the lagoon. Our room included some beach chairs, toys and cooler which was very convenient. This resort was not as crowded at the others nearby and we look forward to coming back here again! Tazia P

This is almost like a new listing. The home was taken off the rental market for a year or so and just recently sold and the new owner has put it back on the rental market. That is the reason it is available NOW.
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit comes fully furnished with everything necessary for cooking delicious dinners or relaxing at home with the family and enjoying the incredible views that Hawaii has to offer.
Sleeping accommodations include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 extra-long twin beds (which can be converted into a king bed) providing plenty of room for you and your family. There are 3 bathrooms in this unit; the master bathroom has dual sinks with a large soaking tub and a separate shower. The guest bathroom also has a separate shower stall.
Area: This romantic yet family-friendly resort is located just 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport, world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets and other attractions such as Historic Ewa Town, Hawaii’s Plantation Village, and Dole Cannery.  Breath-taking Hanauma Bay is a 45-minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further. The Polynesian Cultural Center is well worth the hour’s drive and you’ll experience many traditional must-sees along the way – such as the historic surfing town of Haleiwa, and Hawaii’s infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline, and Turtle Beach to name a few. The resort itself is home to the island’s best and most authentic luau - Paradise Cove.  Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park; Kapolei’s 16-plex movie theater, and shopping at Wal-Mart, Target, Safeway, and Costco for souvenirs and all your needs is just a short drive.
