Really enjoyed staying at this property. It is very nice and the condo was in great shape. The beach and pools at the property were very nice, too. We enjoyed walking to the Disney property and the little “town” to eat dinner. Definitely would stay here again. Check in was very easy and they even accommodated us with a little later check out. Five Stars!

Almost don’t want to say how much we loved it because we might want to rent again! But it was perfection. Quiet, sunny, beautiful view, ample space and amenities, fantastic kitchen, steps from the beach, grill, good restaurants nearby, outside the craziness of Waikiki but still on Oahu.

Amazing week in paradise

As a large family, we have rented properties in many different locations. This was one of the most well appointed places I have ever seen! Usually a starter kit includes a half a roll of toilet paper and an ounce of soap. That was not the case here, and the Ola property staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The place was gorgeous, immaculate, and had so many extras! Could not think of one single thing they should add. The property itself is paradise, and so was unit O-505. Thank you so much!

Amazing Family Vacation

This property is excellent. The communication with the whole team at Ola Properties was a great experience. They are very responsive and very accommodating. Jordan was the one who helped us check in and she was such a pleasure to work with. The property was very clean and we just love the beach villas! My kiddos had so much fun at the pool and at the beach with my husband and I and their grandparents. This property had everything we needed, kitchen, laundry, cooking utensils, plates, etc. They stores and restaurant were all just a walk a way. We enjoyed the bar downstairs at the property and the live musician and the bar tender were a blast. Would definitely stay with this property again!

Wonderful Condo!

We had a great vacation at Ko Olina Beach Villas. The unit was perfect. Plenty of room to sleep. We had 5 people. Kitchen worked great. View is so nice. We loved sitting on the lanai everyday and opening up the sliding glass doors for fresh air. Ola Properties were so easy to work with. Will be coming back.

Family Vacation

The room was wonderful. It was clean and had mostly everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The Lanai was beautiful the view was stunning! The only thing I might add would be to maybe have instructions on how to use the light switches. Definitely not intuitive. Also some instructions on how to use the washing machine buttons would be great. Again not intuitive. It was super hard to figure out. And maybe some hand soap for the kitchen. One note about the dryer is that it doesn’t seem to dry anything very well or at least in a timely matter. Each time I used it, it took about 2 drying cycles to dry clothes completely. So not sure if that needs to be looked at.

Clean with Beautiful Views

The unit we stayed in really met our expectations. Each room was very clean with plenty of space. I noticed the high ceilings and think that helped make the property feel more spacious. We utilized the kitchen a lot - cooking meals every so often. I do want to note that the kitchen sink's water pressure is very low. We notified someone via text, but didn't get a response back, and because we were always on the go, we never had time to follow up. The property had a beautiful view of one of the pools and the ocean/beach in the distance. We was really nice to be able to watch a few sunsets from our balcony. Getting around on property was easy. You have designated elevators so it feels more private as you go to and from your villa. Parking was very spacious for our large SUV, which made coming and going breeze. In the end, I would definitely recommend this property. It's beautiful, and very easy to check in/out.

We had an absolutely glorious stay in this unit. This was a girls trip and it was extremely chill and relaxing. Spent lots of time on the lanai overlooking the quiet pool. The unit had every amenity one might need and the beds were extremely comfortable. This was our second stay on the property and we were not disappointing. Cannot wait to come back!

Perfect stay!

From before we event stepped foot on the property, we received excellent customer service. Our property contact texted us prior to our arrival letting us know our room was ready for us and they would meet us in the lobby to greet us. We received a warm welcome and a tour of the property and our room. Everything was incredibly clean. We had a small issue with the dryer not working a couple days in and it was taken care of asap. The location and service from the property management company was wonderful. My family and I had an excellent time and I highly recommend this location for the perfect family getaway!
