  • Aug 29, 2023 Excellent Stay at Ko Olina Kai 1035D My communications with Ola Properties, was friendly and helpful, even before we arrived. Mavic responded to my texts quickly and cheerfully answered all my questions. Jason, certainly made our arrival to the villa very pleasant, with good instructions, and a great atmosphere with lights on and music playing. All this with a very late arrival. Thank you Jason. Entering into 1035D was like a breathe of fresh air. The place is homey, beautifully decorated, and probably the cleanest holiday rental we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate. The lay out was perfect for a family. It had all the amenities you need for cooking there, but was also within a ten minute walk to eat out at some lovely restaurants. There is also an ABC market with take out food, groceries, coffee bar, gelato, and all things Hawaiian, there as well. The neighbours were friendly and grounds kept up beautifully. For a summer vacation in Hawaii, the aircon was much appreciated. The living area was very roomy, lovely high ceilings, and all 3 bedrooms well set apart. We were also very impressed with the abundance of beach stuff, they had for all ages, with everything you could think of to have a great beach day. Also there were lots of towels for both the beach and for the community pool complex that is a short walk away. Also very nice. Again,Thank you Ola Properties, for helping to make our vacation one of relaxation, and healthy outdoor enjoyment. The walking paths to the 4 beaches, where there are, I think 3 resorts, are wide, with manicured grass, and plenty of places to stop and enjoy a picnic or an ocean swim day. Description

This 3 Bed, 3 Bath Ko Olina Kai Villa is newly furnished in a clean, contemporary yet tropical manner. When you walk in you will find a bedroom on the 1st floor with a Queen Bed Memory Foam mattress, a large closet and flat screen TV. There is also a full bath on the main floor alongside a full laundry room. As you enter the Great Room, you will find an open floor plan and high ceilings. The spacious kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and tools you will need to make yourself at home. There is a gorgeous family dining table as well as stools cozying up to the breakfast bar. Beautiful granite counters.  The living room has everything you will need for relaxing in style including a giant flat screen TV with Fiber Optic cable, Blueray, 50 Watt Sony Music System High Speed (300 Mbps) Internet and WHOLE HOUSE DVR. The living room is open and bright with an incredibly comfortable sectional sofa.
 
As you head upstairs you will overlook the Great Room peering over the side. The Master Suite features a massive bathroom with a huge tub with a separate shower. The large Master Bedroom offers a King-size bed with Memory Foam mattress and flat-screen TV with a spacious balcony for enjoying outdoor Hawaiian living. The second guest suite has two Twin beds (with Memory Foam mattresses) a TV and large closet. The guest room will enjoy its own full bathroom with a tub and shower.
 
This home is within walking distance to Ko Olina’s championship golf course and an array of excellent restaurants and shops. Wander down to the famous Ko Olina lagoons for a brisk walk along the paved beach path or simply relax in the sun and sand. The Ko Olina resort is known for having everything you need at your fingertips, so sit back, relax and enjoy the resort lifestyle!

Per the zoning laws of Oahu this home has a minimum 29 night rental. The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights.

NOTE: Electricity Usage $250/month Cap - Guest is responsible for usage in excess of $250.

2 Assigned parking stalls for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.

By booking and accepting these terms and conditions, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the no-smoking policy outlined above.
