The home is nicely situated in the community with easy walking access to the shops and restaurants of Ko Olina Center in one direction and Roy's, the Ko Olina Golf Course, Ko Olina Beach & Sports Club and the beaches in the other direction. The community pool, with cabanas and BBQ Grills is just a short walk down the path. Access to the Ko Olina Beach & Sports Club which has a full gym, basketball and tennis courts and numerous fitness classes is available for a one-time $25 fee per person. The ID card they give you can also be used for discounts in the Resort.

Per the zoning laws of Oahu this home has a minimum 29 night rental. The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights.
