Kapolei
Ko Olina sits on Oahu's leeward coast, where the water stays calm inside four man-made lagoons and the afternoons run warm and dry. Ko Olina Kai 1033A is a ground-floor, single-level condo inside the gated Ko Olina Kai community, set up for the long monthly stay: 1,144 square feet on one floor, no stairs between the front door and the lanai, and a level walk to the pool and the lagoon path.
What You'll Love About Ko Olina Kai 1033A
• Ground-floor, single-level living inside the gated Ko Olina Kai community
• Sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a king and a queen, with two full baths
• A layout that suits a couple or a small family settling in for a month, not a weekend
• Central AC, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary beach gear for the lagoons
• Community pool and hot tub, with a level walk to the Ko Olina lagoon path
Inside
The main space runs open from the kitchen through the dining area to the sliding doors, so a month of cooking and slow evenings share the same light. The kitchen keeps stainless appliances and a breakfast bar for quick mornings, with counter space for the kind of cooking that goes past reheating. Slide the doors back and the living room and the lanai read as one room.
Sleeping Quarters
• Primary Bedroom - King bed, two closets, a ceiling fan, and a TV, opening to its own ensuite full bath
• Guest Bedroom - Queen bed, with the second full bath a step away off the hall
Both are full baths, which keeps a two-couple or family month from turning into a wait for the shower.
The Lanai
The lanai sits at ground level off the living room, set back behind the community's planting rather than another building's railing. It is the quiet end of the unit. Grilling happens at the community barbecue near the pool, not on the lanai, per Oahu fire code.
Ko Olina and Nearby
Ko Olina Kai keeps its own pool and hot tub, with walking paths toward the resort's four lagoons, calm, sandy, and open to the public. The marina, the championship golf course, and the resort restaurants sit a short drive off, and Kapolei's shops and grocery stores are close enough to make a monthly stay easy to provision. Honolulu and the airport (HNL) are a straightforward drive up the coast.
Extras
Complimentary beach gear waits by the door for the lagoons, and a starter kit covers the basics, shampoo, dish soap, and laundry detergent, for the first few days while you settle in.
