This villa features impressive ocean views from the large lanai, as well as mountain and golf course views from the back lanai. For convenience, the elevators are steps away from the parking entrance door and open to your semi-private floor. A full kitchen and open floor plan look directly toward the ocean, not across to another villa.

This personally owned, beautifully decorated, fully outfitted, and comfortably furnished villa makes it truly a vacation home, not a hotel or timeshare. The villa has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary suite is furnished with a king bed, private lanai with golf course view, walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two extra-long twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. Smart TVs are in each bedroom and living area (complimentary Wifi included). Beach towels, beach chairs, and miscellaneous beach toys are provided. Property amenities include lap pool, family lagoon style pools, oceanfront bar, hot tubs, koi pond, BBQs, and fitness center (just below villa) with showers/steam/sauna.

Activities: Ko Olina Marina; 18-Hole Championship Ko Olina Golf Course; Four Seasons Hotel and Spa; Disney Au’lani Resort; Paradise Cove Luau; Ko Olina Station for shopping; snorkeling; scuba diving; boating; fishing; sailing; surfing; windsurfing; walking and hiking paths; guided activities, including whale watching (seasonal), dolphin swims, and scenic island tours.

Area: This romantic yet family-friendly resort is located just 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport, world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, and other attractions. The historic surfing town of Haleiwa and Hawaii’s infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline and Turtle Bay are an hour’s drive.

Great family vacation

The condo was exactly as pictured and was even more beautiful in person. The location was ideal - away from the horrendous traffic in Waikiki. My grand-daughters were overjoyed to have their own room and their own bathroom. All the employees we had contact with were extremmely friendly and helpful. Will definitely select this property again for our next family vacation to Oahu.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We love staying at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. The resort is impeccable and is perfect for families or couples offering fantastic pools, incredible beaches, and great food nearby. The Beach Villas' condos are beautifully designed with great amenities! We will definitely be coming back and staying at the Beach Villas.

Beautiful Villa

We loved this Villa. The villa was nicely stocked and very clean. Everything we needed for the beach was in the box with an added bonus of a wagon to transport everything. We enjoyed cooking on the BBQ.s listening to the nightly live music down by the bar. The pools were great along with the lagoon. We saw all kinds of fish snorkeling in the lagoon from sea turtles, sea lion, eels, lion fish and so much more - Paradise Cove was less than a mile away and we walked there. Cute walkable village with great Mexican food, ABC market, coffee place. There’s a Costco, Target, Walmart less than 4 miles away to stock up on food. There’s a great ice cream place, Island Shaved Ice, with homemade ice cream and shaved ice about 4 miles away.

Paradise with a Cherry on top!

Walking off the plane and seeing the island for the first time was amazing but driving up to the Ko Olina property and walking into our villa was paradise with a cherry on top!!! We were welcomed and brought into the property with royal treatment and best of all, made at home, even if it was only a week. What the villa provided was beyond our expectations and really knew what our family would need to enjoy the paradise around us. From beach chairs, to a wagon, or the various kitchenware that covered each of our families’ needs. We cannot express how grateful we are to how much our villa attributed to our paradise vacation.
