Great vacation

Fantastic property. We really enjoyed the pool and beach lagoon. Unit was nice & spacious. The unit had beach gear which was convenient. The living room furniture was outdated and well used. Overall a good vacation spot.

Loved Staying Here!

We had a wonderful time staying here! My only complaints are about the bed, the sofa and the activities agent (in the main lobby). We had emailed in advance Ola Properties to make the two twins into a King but when we arrived they had not done that. They had two ladies come up and make the bed into a King and 15-20 minutes later we were onto our vacation. The sofa in the room is not comfortable to sit or lay on at all. It should be replaced, it feels like you are putting on a warm sweater and its hard. The activities agent at the main lobby was not able to offer suggestions for local music or dinner. Love the grounds and the view. Little hiccups but wonderful outside of that!

Still a Beautiful Property

I really love using Ola Properties (second time this year I used) and the Villas, however, there were a couple of annoyances on this trip. There were small roaches throughout the villa, which was surprising, but since I am formerly from Hawaii not as bad for me as maybe a typical tourist. The real issue was with the AC. I called a couple of times, where Jack was very responsive and polite about getting someone out to fix, but it never worked the whole 2 weeks I was there. It would stay at 78 (yes, I did have all doors shut and latched) which was extremely uncomfortable in the evenings while trying to sleep. I spent most nights on the couch so I could be under the ceiling fan because the master was so miserable.

Spectacular

We travel quite a bit, but this was a graduation present for our grand daughter and much needed break for our daughter. The condo was nothing short of spectacular. The lanai served as our evening gathering place after dinner. It was the cleanliness and quiet that impressed us most. We found the ironing board, but never found the iron. I 'd give the condo, but a closer restaurant would make all the difference in the world. We dined at Longboards at least twice, drove to Monkeypod's once, but $85 was a shocker for 4 Reuben sandwiches for lunch. All in all you have an amazingly beautiful property. We would be proud to recommend it to friends.

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was very nice. Everything you needed was in the condo. Beds were comfortable. Place was very clean. Nice open floor plan, great for a family entertaining. We stayed over Thanksgiving. We had a large group and took the 2 10th floor condos with a private entrance. The hallway was very large like a living room. The kids enjoyed playing there. It was extra living space. I highly recommend this place and would come again. Only complaint. The hot tubs weren't working and it can be chilly this time of year. I think they had not been working for some time. I hope they have repaired them. But the pools were beautiful.
