  • Aug 21, 2023 Ko Olina Eclectic 1080-1 The location is adjacent to a Parking Lot near a couple of Restaurants. Unfortunately the busy parking lot and restaurants are constantly busy and noisy. The unit is nice but the couch and one chair should be replaced for comfort and improve Functionality! Having a 4 foot Buddha in the living area is not necessary. The dining and bedroom furniture are large and wonderful quality. Lots of designer objects Everywhere with huge artificial flower arrangements on both levels. I don't know how the cleaning crew could dust them. I loved both lanai's! This rental has a garage with two spaces which is a tremendous Advantage! My family loved the Ko Olina Train. Sherie R

Welcome to Coconut Plantation 1080-1 by Gather, a luxuriously furnished vacation rental in the heart of Ko Olina Resort.

This spacious townhome is one of the largest homes in the complex, spanning 1,715 square feet across two stories.

The expansive private lanais offer a perfect setting for alfresco dining or relaxing with a book in the island's fresh air. Although grilling on the lanais is not permitted per Oahu Fire Code, the nearby Coconut Plantation pools and hot tubs provide barbecue gas grills for outdoor cooking.

The newly remodeled kitchen, equipped with all necessities, ensures a delightful cooking experience.

There are three spacious bedrooms, featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and a trundle-style bed, along with three full baths. A second-floor den that can be turned into a fourth bedroom with a pull-out sofabed or used as an office.

Other amenities include a digital phone service with long-distance calling within the U.S., TVs throughout the home, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a two-car (compact) garage.

Located in Coconut Plantation at Ko Olina Resort, this townhome invites you to experience the best of Hawaii. The townhome is walking distance from some of Ko Olina’s top amenities, like the Lagoon Beaches, the Four Seasons Resort and Spa, and Disney's Aulani Resort & Spa.

Coconut Plantation 1080-1 by Gather is more than just a vacation rental. It's a lifestyle destination offering a serene, luxurious escape in the paradise of Ko Olina.

NOTE:
• Electricity Usage $500/month Cap - Guest is responsible for usage in excess of $500.
• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
• Per Oahu Ordinance, this home has a minimum 29-night rental period. (The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights).

2 Assigned parking stalls for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.
