  • Sep 25, 2022 Fantastic vacation location in Kapolei/Ko olina The beach villas at Ko Olina are just a fantastic location for a beach vacation in Hawaii. Located at Lagoon #2 just steps away from a white sand beach which is teaming with sea life for snorkeling. next door to Aulani/Disney and Marriott resorts if you feel like having a restaurant dinner. Yet still not having to deal with the overcrowded resort. John Y
  • Nov 16, 2023 Amazing stay at OT 401 Definitely recommend this unit. Balcony views are overlooking the quiet, adult pool. Sunrise and sunset times are perfect for enjoying the patio/balcony early morning and evenings. Love that the location is immediately next to the elevator and also to the great gym. Unit is comfortably furnished and kitchen is well equipped should you want to do some cooking. Beach chairs, plenty of pool towels as well. Definitely recommend this condominium complex for those who want to enjoy Oahu without the crowds of the Waikiki or nearby Disney complex. We also enjoyed the live music in the evening and the outdoor grills. Beautiful property. This will be my go to complex and unit when visiting Oahu, everything was perfect and also extremely clean.   • Nov 10, 2022 Perfect Family Vacation The location and view of this condo is perfect! It was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation! The condo was well stocked and we were able to make many breakfasts and dinners. It is very spacious and we felt right at home. We love Ko’Olina and swimming in the lagoons is great with kids because there are no waves. The pools are also a great place to stay and relax and for kids to enjoy. We loved walking along the pathway to each of the lagoons and different resorts. We got to swim with the sea turtles in the secret lagoon (within short walking distance - highly recommend) and enjoy pearl harbor, the dole pineapple plantation and waikiki beach all within a short drive. Ko’olina is our favorite spot on the island and now we found our perfect spot to come back to for our next family vacation! Damaris J

Nestled in the corner of the Ocean Tower at Beach Villas of Ko Olina, you will find this 3 Bed, 2 1/2 Bath Ocean View Condo overlooking the Lap Pool and Gardens. Look out at the Pacific Ocean from the large, Main Lanai then walk to the bedroom to see the Waianae Mountain Range and Ko Olina Golf Course from the Rear Lanai. This condo is one of the largest in the building, with a nice floor plan that separates the Master Suite from the living area and has lots of storage space. 
This beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5-bath Villa comes fully furnished with everything necessary for cooking family dinners or relaxing at home with the family and enjoying the view from your Lanai. Imagine relaxing on the spacious lanai with your coffee in the morning, or watching the Sunset over the Pacific Ocean with your favorite beverage. 
     
Bedding includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin extra-long beds (that can be converted into a king bed). There are 2 1/2 bathrooms; the master bathroom has dual sinks with a sunken tub and a separate shower. The guest bathroom also has a separate shower stall.
Area: This romantic yet family-friendly resort is located just 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport, world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets and other attractions such as Historic Ewa Town,  Hawaii’s Plantation Village, and Dole Cannery.  Breath-taking Hanuama Bay is a 45-minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further. The resort itself is home to the island’s best and most authentic Luau - Paradise Cove.  Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park; Kapolei’s 16-plex movie theater, and shopping at Wal-Mart, Target, Safeway and Costco for souvenirs and all your needs is just a short drive.

Please note that your unit has 1 complimentary compact-sized parking space, and any additional vehicles will require a one-time fee of $25.00. Oversized vehicles have a one-time fee of $50.00. All additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
