We are so happy we decided to stay here instead of Waikiki which was very crowded and had a city feel. This location makes you feel at a island. Kitchen was appropriately stocked and had enough beach towels and regular towels. They also had floats, beach chair and beach toys for kids to play. We will highly recommend this place. Garima G
  • May 20, 2023 Wonderful Vacation Property! Beautiful Condo and beautiful property! We stayed in condo 1111 and loved having the lanai’s on both the sunrise and sunset sides! The pools and the beach were great! Always a chair to sit on by the pool. We also loved having all the chairs and beach toys in the room. We had on issue with the toaster and we put in a call and they brought us one within the hour. Great service! Kimberly R
  • Jan 18, 2023 2023 Family Trip This was our first time in Hawaii and KoOlina was perfect for us. Really enjoyed the kitchen, living area and dual lanais. Glad we were in the Ocean Tower near the quiet pool area with views of the ocean and pool area. Spent time on the cove near this unit. Bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed for our time in Hawaii. Made several day trips around the island and nothing was too far. Would love to come back again someday. Thomas B

  • Nov 03, 2022 Amazing Time! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Ko’Olina is one of our top places to stay in Oahu, so when the opportunity opened up we had to book right away. The unit is clean, and equipped with all of our household and outdoor needs. Villa staff and property manager rep Jordan were very helpful. We will definitely come back for our next stay.   • Sep 14, 2022 FANTASTIC STAY IN OT 1111 We have stayed with OLA several times now. This was a great experience! The unit was well appointed and really loved the DOUBlE LANAI's. The elevator opened to only 2 suites which was great. Got to see the kids at the pool and awesome sunsets. Our contact Gregg with OLA was super as well. He even helped us with our baggage (and a large Costco run) to the room. We will definitely stay again. Raymond W
  • Feb 17, 2022 Five Star OT-1111 is a special unit. There are lanai's on both sides, which offers great views and allows you to open the doors and get a breeze all the way through the unit. There is also a small balcony off the primary bedroom. We had a great family vacation and the Beach Villa's are the best location on Oahu. Julie B

Staying in paradise doesn't get much better than this! Our large 3-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse with 2 large lanais and ocean/pool views has it all! Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, one queen, and two twins (twin beds can be converted into a king). This oceanfront penthouse is located in the spectacular Ko Olina Beach Villas. This was the Builder's Model and is highly upgraded with beautiful designer furnishings and each luxury Hawaii villa comes with a custom kitchen, created by Hawaii’s own master chef Roy Yamaguchi, featuring the finest appliances and an open design, perfect for entertaining. Additionally, this penthouse is conveniently positioned in a way that allows for clear views of the Pacific Ocean to both the east and west.
Area: This romantic yet family-friendly resort is located just 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport, world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets and other attractions such as Historic Ewa Town, Hawaii’s Plantation Village, and Dole Cannery.  Breath-taking Hanauma Bay is a 45-minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further. The Polynesian Cultural Center is well worth the hour’s drive and you’ll experience many traditional must-sees along the way – such as the historic surfing town of Haleiwa, and Hawaii’s infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline, and Turtle Beach to name a few. The resort itself is home to the island’s best and most authentic luau - Paradise Cove.  Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park; Kapolei’s 16-plex movie theater, and shopping at K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Target, Safeway, and Costco for souvenirs and all your needs is just a short drive.

Please note that your unit has 1 complimentary compact-sized parking space, and any additional vehicles will require a one-time fee of $25.00. Oversized vehicles have a one-time fee of $50.00. All additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note: A scheduled lanai repair will be underway to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the property. There will be limited access to the lanai, between the dates of April 25 to 26, 2024. The work is estimated to take between 4-6 hours and every effort will be made to minimize disruption.
