Beautifully upgraded town-home on the golf course. 3-bedrooms with king, queen and 2 twins (can be converted to a king), 2.5-baths, 2-car garage. Wood laminate floors, large flat screen TV, huge lanai. All new appliances. Full size washer and dryer by Samsung.

Per the zoning laws of Oahu this home has a minimum 29 night rental. The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights.

Area: This romantic yet family-friendly resort is located just 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport, world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets  and other attractions such as Historic Ewa Town,  Hawaii’s Plantation Village, and Dole Cannery.  Breath-taking Hanauma Bay is a 45 minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further.  The Polynesian Cultural Center is well worth the hour’s drive and you’ll experience many traditional must-sees along the way – such as the historic surfing town of Haleiwa, and Hawaii’s infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline and Turtle Beach to name a few.  The resort itself is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the newly opened Disney Au’lani Resort and the island’s best and most authentic luau  - Paradise Cove, as well as Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park; Kapolei’s 16-plex movie theater, and shopping at K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Target, Safeway and Costco for souvenirs and all your needs .

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.
