Beer Lab utilizes a 7 bbl system to create endless possibilities with a variety of malt bills, hop profiles, and specialty ingredients. Beer Lab’s got the drinks covered — BOYF and bring your own food from one of the many local food trucks nearby.

A classic, neighborhood brewpub, Honolulu BeerWorks uses a custom built 7 barrel system to produce 1500 barrels per year. Locally sourced ingredients are used to produce Oahu’s finest microbrews. The Kewalos Cream Ale and the South Shore Stout are two of the best brews on the menu.
Unfortunately, this brewery does not offer tours, but keep an eye on their events page for local happenings, live music, and happy hour deals.
This historic brewpub is by far the most unique microbrew destination on our list. This family-owned museum and pub serves up a variety of microbrews on tap, with bottles available for purchase. Don’t forget to try the signature Pilot Pale Ale. Friday Night Flights are also a must, offering the option to sample a variety of craft brews while enjoying the beauty of the Hawaiian sunset.
From military history to a taste of the 1940’s, this unique brewery has it all. Don’t forget to visit the Wiki Waki Woo Speakeasy/Tiki Bar on the second level. This 40’s themed bar has been ranked as one of the best tiki bars in the U.S. Self guided tours of the museum are always welcome, group tours of the brewery available upon request.
The Waikiki Brewing Company offers a variety of locally sourced microbrews with a kicked back island flair. With names like the Skinny Jeans IPA, you’ll want to embrace your inner hipster and sample the extensive drink menu. While Waikiki Brewing does not offer regularly scheduled tours, the brewing operations are in full view of the bar and their friendly, beer-loving brewers are always happy to chat or offer a closer look at the process as time allows.
