  • Aug 03, 2023 Amazing week in paradise As a large family, we have rented properties in many different locations. This was one of the most well appointed places I have ever seen! Usually a starter kit includes a half a roll of toilet paper and an ounce of soap. That was not the case here, and the Ola property staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The place was gorgeous, immaculate, and had so many extras! Could not think of one single thing they should add. The property itself is paradise, and so was unit O-505. Thank you so much! Kathryn C

  • Mar 21, 2023 Amazing Family Vacation This property is excellent. The communication with the whole team at Ola Properties was a great experience. They are very responsive and very accommodating. Jordan was the one who helped us check in and she was such a pleasure to work with. The property was very clean and we just love the beach villas! My kiddos had so much fun at the pool and at the beach with my husband and I and their grandparents. This property had everything we needed, kitchen, laundry, cooking utensils, plates, etc. They stores and restaurant were all just a walk a way. We enjoyed the bar downstairs at the property and the live musician and the bar tender were a blast. Would definitely stay with this property again! Ivy L
  • Jan 23, 2023 Wonderful Condo! We had a great vacation at Ko Olina Beach Villas. The unit was perfect. Plenty of room to sleep. We had 5 people. Kitchen worked great. View is so nice. We loved sitting on the lanai everyday and opening up the sliding glass doors for fresh air. Ola Properties were so easy to work with. Will be coming back. Dana N

  • Feb 23, 2022 Family Vacation The room was wonderful. It was clean and had mostly everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The Lanai was beautiful the view was stunning! The only thing I might add would be to maybe have instructions on how to use the light switches. Definitely not intuitive. Also some instructions on how to use the washing machine buttons would be great. Again not intuitive. It was super hard to figure out. And maybe some hand soap for the kitchen. One note about the dryer is that it doesn’t seem to dry anything very well or at least in a timely matter. Each time I used it, it took about 2 drying cycles to dry clothes completely. So not sure if that needs to be looked at. Christina S
  • Dec 07, 2021 Clean with Beautiful Views The unit we stayed in really met our expectations. Each room was very clean with plenty of space. I noticed the high ceilings and think that helped make the property feel more spacious. We utilized the kitchen a lot - cooking meals every so often. I do want to note that the kitchen sink's water pressure is very low. We notified someone via text, but didn't get a response back, and because we were always on the go, we never had time to follow up. The property had a beautiful view of one of the pools and the ocean/beach in the distance. We was really nice to be able to watch a few sunsets from our balcony. Getting around on property was easy. You have designated elevators so it feels more private as you go to and from your villa. Parking was very spacious for our large SUV, which made coming and going breeze. In the end, I would definitely recommend this property. It's beautiful, and very easy to check in/out. Kehau F
  • Sep 20, 2021 Paradise We had an absolutely glorious stay in this unit. This was a girls trip and it was extremely chill and relaxing. Spent lots of time on the lanai overlooking the quiet pool. The unit had every amenity one might need and the beds were extremely comfortable. This was our second stay on the property and we were not disappointing. Cannot wait to come back! Diana B

Our property contact texted us prior to our arrival letting us know our room was ready for us and they would meet us in the lobby to greet us. We received a warm welcome and a tour of the property and our room. Everything was incredibly clean. We had a small issue with the dryer not working a couple days in and it was taken care of asap. The location and service from the property management company was wonderful. My family and I had an excellent time and I highly recommend this location for the perfect family getaway! Magda L

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa comes fully furnished with everything necessary for cooking family dinners or relaxing at home with the family and enjoying the incredible pool and ocean views right from your Lanai.      


Sleeping accommodations include 1 King bed in the Master Bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the first guest room, and 2 Extra Long Twin beds (that can be converted into a king bed) in the second guest room. There are 2 1/2  bathrooms; the Master Bathroom has dual sinks with a Large Soaking Tub and a separate Large Walk-in Shower. The Second Full Bathroom also has a combination tub 7 Shower stall.

Community: This is a gated, secure building, equipped with elevators, FREE high-speed internet access (be sure to bring your own computer), phone/answering machines, air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat-screen HD TVs, DVD players, full kitchens, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, wine fridges, provided cooking utensils, luxurious linens, washers & dryers, premium towels, shared pools & jacuzzis. Additionally, adjacent to the building is the established Disney Aulani Resort & Spa especially known for massage treatments and pampering.
